Note: Our staff corrects and trains your speech files for you. As we improve your recognition rate into the above ranges (thus saving us time), your rate decreases as above. From time to time, we give you suggestions on simple and easy ways for you to assist us in training your speech files. The more successful you are in incorporating those suggestions into your dictation pattern, the lower your rate becomes! *VoiceTranscriptionTM uses a standard 65-character line; no blank lines are counted. One customer's transcription expense decreased by 40 percent as a direct result of using our counting method.
