Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns which meet the following criteria:

	Return is made within 30 days of purchase and is accompanied by the original VoiceTranscription^TM invoice.
	You have called for support to discuss your difficulties and all suggested remedies have been diligently carried out.
	The merchandise is in good-as-new condition, is in its original packaging with protective padding, and is accompanied by all documentation in good condition.
	We have issued you an RMA number which must be placed on your packaging label.
	Unsolicited returns failing to meet the above criteria cannot be accepted.
